I'm enjoying learning about static site generators and this eco-system of tools and services around it. Netlify and Contentful have great free tier offerings. I'm using Spike for my static site generator and I am finally getting a hang of it. Anyways, JAMstack just seems to be the best way to publish blogs these days. You don't have to worry about scaling or wordpress / drupal security issues.
